Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees of the organization sets policy and
delegates its authority to the Executive Committee and specifically
to the President as Chief Executive Officer of the organization and
for the organization's daily performance, scholarships and other
operations. Programs’ officers explore opportunities to pursue the
foundation's goals and formulate strategies and recommend
proposals for funding. These programs must be submitted to the
Board of Trustees for its approval.
